About Tom

Tom Mallan is a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a global real estate company that specializes in all aspects of Residential Real Estate. Tom is a New York native, born in Bronxville, but has been a New Jersey local since the age of 9 when his family relocated to Rumson. Tom is a graduate of Roger Williams University in R.I. where he received a BS in Marine Biology and Monmouth University where he received his MBA in night school while working full time and raising his family. Tom currently resides in Little Silver, NJ with his three children.

 

Tom spent 10 years building and growing his own business followed by 10 years in corporate America honing his business skills. He yearned to be an entrepreneur again so Tom joined Coldwell Banker in 2012 winning Coldwell Bankers’ prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award. Tom has prided himself in his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients' best interests. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect new home for his clientele. Toms’ devotion and unparalleled customer service have resulted in a continuously expanding network of loyal clients and referrals. Passionate about his craft, he continuously seeks to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and real estate trends.

An avid explorer of the many NJ shore towns, he loves to try new restaurants and check out local music and neighborhood festivals with his family.
